Ultimate Guide: How to order your photos

Follow this step-by-step guide to access your gallery, choose your images, and finalize your order with ease.

Phase 1: Gallery Access and Login

    Access your private gallery

    Enter the personal access code you received. If you have multiple codes (siblings), press the small blue “+” symbol to add fields. Finish with the “LOGIN” button.

    Create your account (First login)

    Enter your name and email address. This information is used for deadline reminders and for reconnecting. Click “View Photos.”


Phase 2: Discovery and Selection

    View your child's portraits

    Discover all the photos taken during the session. Access to the gallery is without obligation to purchase.

    Choose your package or à la carte products

    Scroll down to see the options (digital, prints, personalized products). Click on the bright dots for a detailed description of the package contents.

    Validate your poses and crop if necessary

    Select the pose for your photo package. Use the “Crop” button to adjust the image to your liking.
    Warning: Cropping too tightly may reduce print quality.


Phase 3: Finalization and Reception

    Check your cart

    Carefully verify the packages, products, and poses selected. You can still modify your selection before payment.

  2. 7
    Proceed to secure payment

    Pay directly online by credit card on the secure GotPhoto platform (PCI-DSS compliant).

    Confirmation and Digital Downloads

    You will receive an order confirmation by email. Your HD digital files are available immediately in your client area after payment.

    Receiving your prints

    Orders placed before the deadline are delivered **free of charge** to the school/CPE. Late orders are delivered to your home (shipping fees apply).
