Below you will find answers to the most common questions regarding the use of the GotPhoto gallery and the ordering process.

1. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple children from the same family?

Yes! Click on "Enter another password" below the login field. You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way, you will see all available photos and can group your purchases to save on shipping costs (if applicable).

2. I received an access card with a code — how can I order my photos?

If you received an access card with a personal code, go to the "Login" page, enter your access code, and click "Open Album."

3. I received an email with my login information — how can I order my photos?

After placing an order or creating an account in the online store, you will receive an email containing your credentials. With your email address and password, log in to the "Client Area" section to access your personal gallery, order photos, and check your order status.

4. Where can I view the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link included in your order confirmation email. You can also log in with the password and email address received. Once logged in, your order details can be found in the "My Account" section.

5. What is the delivery time?

The timeline depends on the payment, the products ordered, and the delivery method. Payment must be confirmed before the order can be processed.

Orders eligible for free school delivery are processed in batches. Delivery usually takes about two weeks after the order deadline, depending on the type of products selected.

6. Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the photo?

Absolutely! The watermark only appears on online previews to protect the images against unauthorized downloads. It will be automatically removed from purchased printed or digital products.

7. What is the quality of the prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to offering the highest quality photo products through GotPhoto's partner labs. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product received, please do not hesitate to contact us — your satisfaction is our priority.

8. Can I crop the images?

Yes. The option is available in the shopping cart. When you crop an image, an enlarged view of the selected area is created. Quality stars indicate whether the photo resolution is sufficient for a large format print.

9. I rarely order online — how do I proceed?

Select a photo you like from your album, and then click "Order Photo." Next, choose the desired product, indicate the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Once your photos are selected, click "Cart" at the top right of the screen, and follow the instructions to finalize your order.
